Our business model

The demand for flexible workforce, especially in the manufacturing industry, is increasing. Projects are decided at the last minute and a fast resource ramp-up is becoming a competitive factor. A growing lack of blue-collars drives salaries to a high level. Therefore, manpower supply from low-wage countries proves to be highly profitable.

The business model is to provide skilled workers for temporary jobs in medium to large-sized companies in Europe.

The key market focus are the companies needing temporary workers with welding skills for the construction and manufacturing industries located in European countries.

On-shore welding

We offer various welding and fitting work for the on-shore industry. MIG / MAG and TIG welding in steel, iron, Duplex, Super Duplex, cunifer, aluminum, titanium, you name it, with quality and precision. We take tasks with steel and pipe constructions, such as topsides, suction anchor metal bridges, factory production of pipes and steel constructions.

Off-shore welding

We offer various welding and fitting work for the off-shore industry. Off-shore welding for oil, gas and wind industry. Off-shore gas and oil platforms, wind turbines, foundations for off-shore structures are among our specialties. Welding and assembly as well as repair and disassembling of structures and machines are something we can offer.

Project management and outsourcing

We also offer management of versatile projects within the industry. Targeted recruitment and rental of certified personnel are our cooperation methods. We provide:
